Grain Baggers:
The grain bagger is used to infill the bag with grain.
Silo Bag System is the Queensland and Northern New South Wales distributor for the leading Mainero and Akron grain baggers.
The Mainero comes in two models.
- 9 foot ‘tractor drawn’ Grain Bagger.
- 9 foot ‘self propelled’ bagger.
A 10 foot bagger is also available however the 9 foot is far and away the most common machine used in Australia.
The bag ‘flattened’ bag profile is cleverly designed to optimize grain flow characteristics so that you receive the maximum storage capacities for your dollar… providing even filling and avoiding dangerous grain piling at the bag’s first fold.
The stretch of the bag and its resultant storage capacity is regulated through the disk brake on each wheel. Brake pressure is adjusted by an independent hand operated pump and a guage gives valuable feedback to the operator in real time.
The tractor can be unhitched from the bagger easily because there are two side feet fitted.
A number of optional hoppers are available to suit your operation. Either way the Silo Bag System grain baggers have been developed to maximize your inload capacity whilst minimising costs.
Their design means they can handle dry and wet grain for maximum management flexibility.
Transport between locations is conveniently delivered in two ways. For on farm transport where width is not an issue it can be transported in the normal position. If high way transport is required it is towed sideways.
Peace of mind is assured as the machine is compliant with the Agricultural Machinery Safety Standard IRAM 8076-0.
